Old Silverton Church is a great backdrop for my painting “Light on the Hill”, growing up in the area I've painted many times. A break in the clouds and the sun’s rays illuminate everything the colours just radiate against the contrasting dark stormy sky, a Rainbow BeeEater rushes through the scene chasing lunch.
